How to book a private party:
Choose a Date & Time: Private parties can be booked 7 days a week based on availability.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the space for private parties
Pricing: We rent the greenhouse and surrounding grounds or the "Blind Pig and surrounding grounds for $150/hour (3 hour minimum) for UP TO 25 PEOPLE. There is a $50 disposal fee for every party. Parties of more than 25 people will be billed at the regular hourly rate, plus an additional $20/per person charge for each additional guest over 25.
Set-up & Clean-up: Renter is responsible for set-up and clean-up for their event, unless it has been pre-arranged for Full EnVision Farm staff to take care of this for an additional fee, or your vendors take care of this for you! You and or your vendors can arrive 2 hours prior to the event to drop off and set up for the event and you have an hour after the event for clean up.
Parking: We have handicap parking near the event space up front, you turn left right before the greenhouse and park along the outdoor riding arena for handicap parking or for vendors to unload and load. Otherwise all parking is behind the barns, drive past the greenhouse on your left and then turn left and park along the road line.
Approved Vendors: We work with multiple vendors to help make your day effortless and memorable.
You can always BYOB for your drinks and you can bring in the food that you would like to enjoy during the party. You have the space up to 3 hours or more!
